Satellite Earth Station
100 acres of developable land about 1km off the Accra-Nsawam Highway. The first phase of the project has been completed.
Our largest landholding and the site that will occupy Damax for years to come. One hundred acres, laid out with roads, pavements and drainage before a single foundation was dug.
Phase one is complete and occupied. Water, electricity and telephone lines are already in place across the site, and the layout was designed for easy access to individual houses, natural ventilation and efficient water disposal.

Kuntunse
Our largest delivered community, on the Accra-Nsawam Highway near Amasaman. Over 200 homes built, sold and lived in.
Kuntunse is the answer to the only question that matters: has Damax actually built anything? Over two hundred detached houses, released for sale from 2009 and occupied ever since.
Every house type in our current range stands here in finished form. If you are considering a three-bedroom with garage, we will walk you through one that a family has been living in for years.
