Damax Construction Company Limited, established in 1991 as developers of commercial properties — stores and offices — has grown from strength to strength to become one of the nation's most reputable civil engineering and real estate development companies. Within a relatively short period, Damax has endeared itself to numerous clients, resident and non-resident alike.
Damax has the reputation and the resources to underwrite financing and construction, marketing and timely delivery of your housing project. Those packages are presented with prices that are inclusive of the cost of land, professional design services and infrastructure — roads, pavements and drains. Once the minimum deposit is paid, Damax delivers within six months.

At Damax we develop and build houses specially suited for user comfort. Our clients testify to this. In our house designs, careful planning is done to provide adequate space for indoor activities — a large kitchen, generous storage, room to move.
Every house is detached and stands on its own walled plot, with setbacks on all four sides. The larger plots leave deliberate room to extend, or to add a boys' quarters or outhouse later.

Presented on 17th July 2009 in recognition of our work regenerating Ghanaian housing stock.

Over 200 houses completed and released for sale on the Accra-Nsawam Highway.

The Satellite Earth Station site continues to expand, with water, electricity and telephone infrastructure already in place.
